The CD1 Model is designed to meet customer needs with a medium-sized production of empanada discs, and related products. It is fitted with a recipe menu where each product is recorded by a touchscreen and a plc, which eliminates the need to waste time adjusting the cutting head.

The CD1 Model works with a 600mm-wide dough sheet that is introduced into the dough sheeter machine. This model is fitted with a dough sensing system to prevent stretching dough which is paired with a separator film in which both will be cut by the head, and will ultimately be placed on stacking trays that will be manually withdrawn, with a delay time that may be programmed by a plc and touchscreen.

• It is manufactured with a compact design
• It is manufactured in stainless steel or painted sheet metal (according to customer’s request)
• It is fitted with interchangeable heads for different cutting diameters, from 80 to 320mm (ask for special diameters)
• The remaining film and dough separation system is completely automated
• The cut discs together with their respective separator will be neatly stacked, in programmable quantities over a collecting pan
• It works with rotating blades, individually cutting each disc with its respective separator
• It is fitted with safety systems both for the operator and the machine in case of emergency.
• Every material in contact with the food is allowed by international standards
