Disc cutting equipment CD2 Model
The model CD2 is a machine designed for cutting discs empanadas automated with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen , it works through a sheet of mass of 600 mm of width that is inserted into the laminator, has a system for sensing mass to prevent the stretching of the same, the mass is coupled with a film layer in which both will be cut down by the head, stacking it automatically by means of an ejector disks deposited on a conveyor belt, returning it to its subsequent packaging.

Technical Specifications:
- It is manufactured with a compact design
- -It is manufactured in stainless steel or painted sheet metal (according to customer’s request) driven by seven geared motors and three pneumatic cylinders
- It is fitted with interchangeable heads for different cutting diameters, from 80 to 320mm (ask for special diameters)
- The remaining film and dough separation system is completely automated
- The cut discs together with their respective separator will be neatly stacked, in programmable quantities over a collecting pan
- It works with rotating blades, individually cutting each disc with its respective separator
- It is fitted with safety systems both for the operator and the machine in case of emergency.
- Every material in contact with the food is allowed by international standards
