Forming Sheets FL200
The FL200 model is a machine especially developed to feed the ME equipment with a sheet of dough. That sheet is produced by filling the hopper with the lumps mixed in the Tipping Mixer (MV, in Spanish). The FL200 through top and bottom rollers electrically controlled by variable speed drives and plc, manages to turn these lumps into a homogeneous 200mm-wide sheet.

Main:
- Fitted with two pairs of 140mm-diameter cylinders.
- The two pairs of cylinders were manufactured through the blasting mate process according to hygiene standards.
- Produces a sheet of dough with two perfectly smooth areas and with the same tension.
- The machine is fitted with a hopper where fresh dough or dough cuttings are discharged.
- Control panel with manual and automatic features controlled by PLC.
- Safety system both for the operator and the machine.
- Three-phase equipment.
