Description

The FL200 JR model is a machine especially developed to feed the ME equipment with a sheet of dough which is produced by filling the hopper with the lumps mixed in the Tipping Mixer (MV, in Spanish). Then, the FL200 JR model through top and bottom rollers electrically controlled by variable speed drives and plc, manages to turn these lumps into a homogeneous 200mm-wide sheet.

The team TL63 is a modular unit that is developed in order to fine-tune the dough in a triple laminated by means of rollers stainless steel solid AISI 304 63 mm in diameter, is equipped with sensors for the safety for the operator and a sensor-operated automatic mode for the start and stop of the same, which makes the trailer with the team, I and the FL200 JR.

El equipo conformador de empanadas ME es una maquina, que está automatizada y cumple con las normas internacionales, ya sea en diseño como en seguridad. El equipo funciona con una lámina de masa, que se introduce en el laminador, posteriormente se transportará mediante una cinta donde se depositará el relleno por medio de un dosificador para luego ser doblada, estampada y cortada por moldes intercambiables personalizados a pedido del cliente, formando el producto deseado que se retirará manualmente para ser estibado en sus respectivas bandejas.
